SoHo, Canal St., and Little Italy!

Day 3! This day was also fun. The area we were in here is SO different than Uptown where Central Park and 5th Ave. are. I found it very cool. We went to SoHo. And I learned why it is called SoHo. There is a street in New York called "Houston" (Not pronounced like Houston Texas, but like "house"ton.) And there area south of Houston Street became known as SOHO. This place was just tons of apartments and shopping. Lots of restaurants  and shopping. Pretty busy. I loved it. Here we went to a restaurant called "Lombardi's". And OH MY GOSH it was the best pizza ever. I can't even explain it. I just remembered thinking it was the most real tasting pizza I'd ever had.

We did so much walking this day. We found the address to the apartment in "Friends". *It wasn't actually filmed inside, it was just the apartment building used to give a New York feel.* and walked to it. It is in Greenwich Village. It was really neat. I LOVED Greenwich Village. I don't know why I just loved the area so much. Then we walked to China Town (Canal St.) Where all the street sellers are and you can get tons of knock offs of everything. It was SO crowded. But Sara was SO GOOD at bargaining and I thought it was fun. I got a purse and a sweatshirt.  Then Little Italy is right next to it so we just walked through it. It was so just cool and different. In Little Italy every one tries to get you to eat at their restaurant and they all claim there's is the best Italian obviously.

See where we were this day! Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy, and Greenwich Village.

Their parking garages were so wierd!
On a side note, the parking garages were way different there. They are all expensive like $40.00 so you have to look online for coupons for that specific garage you are going to. Then they take your car and ask what time you will be back so they can park it accordingly, and most of them they drive it into a car elevator and take it up somewhere to park.

Just like in movies, play grounds behind bars haha

The greatest. Pizzeria. Holy Moly it is fantastic.

Me and Sara and Lombardi's.

It tasted fantastic!

I thought it was cool to see this because there are always courts like this in the movies!

This is where the Friends apartment is.

All the stores just have TONS of purses and sunglasses.
