The winner for the month of May was extremely smart. Remember the ingredient was mozzerella cheese. First I will tell you what the entry was, then I will tell you who made it. So first I asked, " What is it?" And he/she said "Its my entry!" And I said, okay. It was a spinach-artichoke dip. I got to try it fresh from the oven and boy was it delicious! It was the best dip I have ever tasted! It was very smart of him/her to not tell me the name of the entry because I probably would have had differnt thoughts before I ate it, seeing I don't like spinach OR artichoke!
