May Iron Chef Challenge:

For the month of May, you have to make something with...............................mozzerella cheese! I am very excited to see what you come up with. In the past I have mostly done dessert stuff, but in honor of Cinco de Mayo, for the month of May I challenge you to make something tasty with mozzerella cheese.

    Yum Annie.... I love cheese and put it on everything!! I will have to get creative and see what I can do. Maybe I will enter this challenge.
