DONNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We drove to Las Vegas on Friday. My mom, me, Jesse and my uncle Rich went. On Saturday day we just walked around and went to the Coke and M&M Factory. Jesse and Richard went on the New York New York roller coaster. Vegas looks so cool at night. I love it. But anyway let me just get on with the REAL story here.



Saturday, February 12th. Flamingo Hotel, Las Vegas:
My mom and I got to the Flamingo at about 6 45 I think. In the hotel in a glass case was Donny's Dancing With the Stars Trophy as well as his outfit he danced in!! There was also a case of one of Marie's most famous costume from Dancing With The Stars. So we go walk through the dirty casino and wait in line. At the door to the showroom they gave us pictures of Donny and Marie since they could see our VIP pass so we could get their autograph.


We were sitting in the red! And the white in between the red is a cat walk so they came way close to us.

They come around and take our pictures before the show holding our pictures. They take our orders, they just serve drinks. Everybody is sitting at tables. If there was a camera filming my feet, they would be moving faster than you could see. I was shaking so much I was BEYOND elated.AHHH!!!! There was a little timer for when the curtain would go up. If you could have seen me you would of thought I was a nut case!

CURTAIN OPENS!!
Donny and Marie Osmond walk down this staircase and are just wonderful. They looked so good and the lights were great. Their band and dancers was fantastic. Oh my I was in 7th heaven.( Still am. ) They kidded around and made fun of each other. I tell you these two are the greatest preformers EVER. Can't get better in my own opinion! :) They were both in great shape and dancing really good.
Marie is really small actually. It was funny at one point they were joking around and Marie says

"I won dancing with the stars" (mimic-like voice)
Then Donny said
"I lost 50 pounds on nutrisystem" Hahahaha it was funny.

So Donny leaves and Marie does alot of fantastic numbers.
Then she leaves and Donny is on. He starts singing Any Dream Will Do. I was so overwhelmed. I have loved "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" really since I can remember. I watched the movie growing up. And then as most of you know I got to be in the show, so I obviously grew to love it even more. But I obviously am in love with Donny's voice, and I obviously love Joseph, so when he started that song I lost it. I litterally was balling. Not just teary eyes, my face was wet. It gets better. Donny walks out to the catwalk, looks at me, and WAVES AT ME! During Any Dream Will Do. Holy mother of pearls! Couldnt get any better. I had to much feeling inside of me. CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, next. Marie comes back out and they do some great dancing numbers, and some of their old songs which I loved! In one song when Donny was in a white sparkly suit with a red shirt, and Marie was in a red and black dress they were doing a little recap of DWTS. Okay, during alot of the songs, Donny would go out on the tables shaking peoples hands and everything. So if you remember the stage, he steped from table to table to pretty far back. He gets of and runs back towards the catwalk and HIGH FIVES ME. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my. Donny Osmond gave me a highfive with a big smile on his face. My right hand if anybody is interested.

Fast forward to the end of the show. I was balling!!! The Flamingo Hotel workers come and get everybody in the VIP section to follow them. We exit and go around to the "Diamond Room."
They punch our VIP passes and we walk in. Just waiting in a line. I am looking at Donny Osmond. Yeah what 15 year old girl would be balling her eyes out because she is in the same room as Donny. Maybe 35 years ago they would, but (The whole audience was really people
40 +) Which was fine by me! Easier for Donny to remember me. :)

Its finally my turn and I can hardly stand it. Donny with that great big smile of his says, "Oh I remember you! " (He remembers me from the front row )
"So where are you from?"
Annie, balling, says : Salt Lake
Donny :) : Oh, you know I live in Provo thats not too far from there.
I know. haha. My mom is like This is her DREAM! And he's like oh how long have you been singing.
Dur my dream is not singing its MEETING YOU!
I didn't say that though. Hahaha. He was just an absoloute gem. He's been famous since he was 5, travled the world preforming, been through a lot you know, and he is still the NICEST HUMAN BEING!! I think it would be hard to be so humble if you were that famous. I get pictures with him and Marie. Then he sees me crying still and says

Aw, come here.

If you were inside my head you would be deaf. Donny Osmond. gave. Me. a. hug.
I still can't believe it. Like everytime I think about it I start getting light headed. true story.

So I ended up getting a great big hug from Marie as well, and another from Donny. I thanked them and told them I loved them, got their autograph.

My mom and I stayed in the room just watching them. We actually chatted it up with Marie's manager. So great. We finally had to go.
They wouldn't let you take pictures, so we did have to buy the ones the photogropher took. But we couldn't pass the pictures up. I owe my mom ALOT of money. I have paid her some already. But if anybody needs a babysitter!! Hahaha just kidding. But seriously. Okay well if you read this whole thing good for you. If you fell asleep half way through the post thats okay too.

Haha. Well I am going to put the pictures on another post becaues I have so many and it's going to take forever!!!!
